Limited support during the holidays

2019 is coming to an end and we’re about to go into our second decade!

But first, we are going on our year-end break to recharge and prepare for an exciting new year.

From December 23rd 2019 until January 6th 2020, we’ll be able to handle emergency support requests only. We’re going to take care of change requests and other issues that don’t affect website uptime when we’re back in the virtual office.

As usual, we’re establishing an engineering on-call rotation that’ll take care of production issues. And customers with an Enterprise SLA of course will still be able to request emergency support via the freistilbox dashboard.

It’s been a very special year, in its very own way. One that brought us close to our limits but inspired us to find more sustainable approaches on a technical, organisational and emotional level. We are already having a lot of fun building and it’s going to be an immense pleasure to put everything into your hands in 2020!
